Reviewers Acknowledgment
Life Sciences, Technology and Sustainability Education (LSTSE) recognizes peer reviewers as essential contributors to maintaining the academic quality, integrity, and reliability of published research. Reviewers provide independent expert evaluations that assist editors in making informed publication decisions and help authors improve the scientific quality, clarity, and contribution of their manuscripts.
The journal expresses appreciation for reviewers who voluntarily dedicate their expertise, time, and scholarly experience to the peer review process. Their contributions support the development of rigorous academic communication and strengthen the reliability of research published in LSTSE.
LSTSE periodically acknowledges reviewers who have contributed to manuscript evaluation activities. Reviewer acknowledgment may include public recognition through the journal website, reviewer acknowledgment lists, certificates of appreciation, or other forms of recognition determined by the journal. Such recognition is provided as an appreciation of reviewers’ academic service and contribution to scholarly publishing.
Reviewer acknowledgment is conducted while maintaining the confidentiality and integrity of the peer review process. The journal does not disclose information that may compromise the anonymity of individual review assignments, manuscript identities, reviewer comments, or editorial decisions unless permitted by the journal’s peer review policy.
The number, identity, and acknowledgment status of reviewers do not influence editorial decisions regarding manuscript acceptance, revision, or rejection. All manuscripts continue to undergo evaluation based on academic quality, methodological rigor, originality, relevance to the journal scope, and compliance with publication ethics standards.
Reviewers participating in LSTSE are expected to follow responsible peer review practices, including:
- Providing objective, constructive, and evidence-based evaluations.
- Maintaining confidentiality of manuscript information.
- Declaring potential conflicts of interest before accepting review assignments.
- Completing reviews within the agreed timeframe.
- Avoiding personal criticism and focusing comments on improving manuscript quality.
The journal values the professional contribution of reviewers and continues to develop mechanisms for reviewer recognition, capacity building, and engagement as part of its commitment to maintaining high standards of scholarly publishing.
